I am  the mother of one, who lives in Connecticut with her son, husband and a Pomeranian and a  yellow lab along with a frisky ferret. 

I keep busy with hobbies, this site, healing work, teaching classes creating wonderful products and jewelry, as well as, going to festivals and running my e-Bay Auctions.

A few years ago I went back to school to study Foundations of Herbal Medicine and in August of 2004 got two certifications, one from ***Tierona Low-Dog, MD and the other from Northwestern CT University.  I love learning and enjoyed the whole experience even if the "one more thing to do" did leave me a little frazzled sometimes!

II enjoy giving back to the community and am working with HorseofCT.org rehabilitating abused and negelcted horses. We have been blessed enough to donate a percentage of our sales there as well.

We were fortunate enough that we were able to donate several hundred cases of food to our local food pantry over the years to help those in need.

My husband and I are Reiki Master Teachers and at this time I am using Reiki and Crystal Healing in combination and find they are wonderfully complimentary therapies.

I am currently a member of the CT Holistic Health Association & the CT Herbalist Guild, as well as, the American Herbalists Guild & the International Association for Reiki Professionals. My real focus in life is to help others achieve peace through healing.

I love to teach and I also enjoy traveling, reading, writing and surfing the web. I dabble in a lot of things and have to say that I am at my best when I can be at the beach or in the garden. Other favorites: walking through the woods or along the beach, herbalism, sewing, crafting, cooking, swimming,  floral design, window shopping, meeting people, horseback riding spending time with my family and friends.

In the past I have taught classes on herbalism, chakras and crystal healing. I am hoping to publish several herbal books in the future.
