Hag Stone Amulet

For natural magical protection, search a beach until you find a stone with a hole through it. This is a Hag Stone and is sacred to the goddess. Take it home and wash it in salt water, saying:

Gracious Goddess I have found

A holy-stone upon the ground.

Some helpful spirit has given me

This token of the one in three.

Keep it on your altar, and when you take a bath place the Hag Stone in the water along with a little salt. Feel the warm protective power of the Goddess in the water surrounding you. When you pull the plug, imagine your worries draining away with the dirty water.
