A Mirror or Bowl of Water

A Fragrant Flower

Ritual:

Place the bowl of water or mirror in front of you (the book says if you to want to create more self- love, use a mirror) gaze at your reflection in the water or mirror and whisper sweet nothings to yourself or words of encouragement, telling yourself that you are wonderful, beautiful/handsome and loved, or whatever you like. Then take the fragrant flower, dip it in the water or brush it across the mirror, and then anoint your brow. Then chant:

"Love's reflection come to me. As I will, so mote it be."
